Processing and Shipping Times
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the product. Some items are made to order, which may slightly extend processing times. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:
- Spain: 2 to 5 business days.
- Europe: 7 to 15 business days.

International: 10 to 20 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package.
📍 Shipping Costs
- Spain: Free shipping on orders over 75€, otherwise the cost is 3,99€
- Europe: Free shipping on orders over 150€, otherwise the cost is 12,95€
- International: Free shipping on orders over 150€, otherwise the cost is 14,95€
Note: International shipping rates may vary due to customs duties or additional local taxes.
📦 Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you do not receive the tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@nakamasclothing.com.
🚚 Delivery Problems and Delays
Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Nakama is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or problems with the courier service. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact the courier company or our customer service for assistance.
