🔄 Returns and Refund Policy

At Nakama, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

📌 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: ✅ Unused and in its original condition (unused, with tags and in the original packaging). ✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@nakamasclothing.com so that we can assess the problem and provide a solution.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

14-Day Reflection Period in the EU

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The item must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved: ✔ You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. ✔ Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
